This is Michelle

Michelle Patereau is the owner & photographer of Blessings in Focus. She is a Certified Newborn Photographer, who has studied under Ana Brandt. She has been in business for 11 years & has numerous awards and publications. Her main focus is on Newborn photography, as she has studied this field for some time. She has taken several workshops for newborns, including safety and best practices. Michelle will also photograph children from 6 months (sitting age), along with yearly milestones.

In July 2024 she has now become a Certified Trainer, under Ana Brandt! Above, you will see the link for education and she will be updating that with clinics and workshops geared around Newborn & Children's Photography.

Michelle is a mom of 3 children; 2 boys and a girl, has a fur-baby, Lola and has been married for 22 years. In any spare time she loves to watch baseball and is a huge St Louis Cardinals fan! She is also learning ASL and is a caregiver.

To her, being a photographer and having clients welcome her into their families for life events is a joy and honor. She enjoys being part of your lives as families and children grow. It's such a special bond to share those moments & create imagery that will travel through generations.
